Volunteers are essential to the success of our Pitch Lenexa Watch Parties, held throughout the summer. Volunteer roles will be assigned closer to the event dates and may include support such as:

• ​Parking lot attendants

• Bounce house or activity area attendants

• Wayfinders and guest greeters

• General event support and assistance as needed

You do not need prior experience, just a willingness to help and a positive attitude. Training and guidance will be provided.

All volunteer opportunities take place in the evening and include built‑in time for dinner and breaks.

We welcome individuals and groups and will do our best to place group volunteers together when possible.

Before volunteering, please note the following:

• Volunteers selected will be asked to attend a virtual volunteer orientation session

• All volunteers must complete a liability waiver and release form

• Pitch Lenexa reserves the right to request permission to conduct a background check

• Volunteer roles are not employment and may be discontinued at any time

 

Volunteers will also be asked to share information such as availability, T‑shirt size, emergency contact, allergies, or any accommodations needed so we can best support you.
